If you wish to return your order (or part of your order), you can do this within 14 days (from the delivery date) for a refund. Returns received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted. We regret that we are unable to cover return shipping costs or refund the original shipping and duties charges unless the return was due to our error.
Please note: a refund can only be made if the item to be returned arrives in its original condition, undamaged and unused. Items that have been used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused. We cannot be held responsible for any missing returns or items whilst in transit.

Ship us the item(s) to be returned with the original packaging, including any associated free products or gifts along with the returned order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for receipt of the return at our office.

Once we have received your package, your refund will be issued within 5-7 business days. Any store credit used will populate back to your account immediately.
Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment (e.g., credit card or store credit). If your purchase was paid with both store credit and another payment method, the store credit portion of your refund will always be issued first. Once the maximum originally spent with store credit is reached, the remainder of the refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
If your return was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, refunds will be paid in the same currency. Due to fluctuations in currency rates the amount refunded may be slightly higher or lower than the price originally paid.
Any delivery costs paid in connection with the order are non-reimbursable or refundable. Moreover, any return delivery and clearance costs incurred by you when returning products are non-reimbursable or refundable.
